1. Services Provided
AMZK Direct Publishers offers the following professional services:

Manuscript Formatting & Layout Design
Book Title & Cover Design Consultation
All services are subject to these Terms & Conditions as well as any written agreement or proposal provided by us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services.
3. Service Agreements
All projects begin with a formal proposal, quotation, or contract.
Work will commence only after client approval and, where applicable, receipt of an advance payment.
Any additional requests or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
4. Payments
Payments are due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service delivery, clients agree to:
Provide timely access to necessary information, manuscripts, and approvals.
Ensure all provided materials (e.g., manuscripts, images, content) are free of copyright violations.
Cooperate with our team to avoid project delays.
6. Intellectual Property
All original work created by AMZK Direct Publishers remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
AMZK Direct Publishers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for third-party service issues (e.g., Amazon KDP, printing providers, or advertising platforms).
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
In case of termination, the client is responsible for all fees for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Messaging & Communications
Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
